Meet Marianne Gobeil, creator of IGNITE
I’ve spent over 30 years as a professional communicator — including 20 in leadership communication. I’ve seen, more times than I can count, what happens when leaders say the wrong thing, or fail to say the right thing at the right time.
Initiatives stall. Reputations erode. And the change that matters most never gets realized.
That’s the problem I built IGNITE to solve.
My career has spanned journalism, speechwriting, corporate communications, public relations, media training, crisis communication, and leadership communication — as a long-trusted advisor to CEOs, Presidents, C-suite executives, and other senior leaders in global organizations, not-for-profits, government, and the UN.
After years of research, I created an evidence-based body of knowledge on how leaders need to speak. It has won international awards and recognition, and has been the basis of my work with leaders for the past 20 years.
