Illumify reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If Illumify cancels a program, you will be given the option of an alternative or a full refund. Given the intimate size of our programs if, once the program has begun, you are unable to participate, we cannot provide a refund. However, we will do our best to find a viable alternative.
