Or you can complete it through our dynamic on-line program where the robust learning is comprised of individual modules you complete at your own  pace. Whichever format you choose, our Illumify Method is action-learning focused so that you can easily apply each principle and practice to your real time leadership opportunities, challenges and aspirations.

  • Illumifying Conversations

    We’ve distilled our Illumify formula for expressing leadership into 56 powerful questions. Our Illumify Game Changer for Leaders has each of these embedded into our online platform so that you can answer each one and share the text or recording of your answer directly with your facilitator for coaching and guidance. As well, each week you can participate in an Illumifying Conversation live with your team or a group of other leaders to do a deep dive into an Illumify question. Each of these means will give you great insights and clarity on how to express optimal leadership at every opportunity.

  • Feedback & Coaching

    We’ve designed the Illumify Game Changer for Leaders to ensure that it heightens your leadership impact and influence. As you complete each component, whether online or live in-person or virtual, you will receive coaching and guidance individually and with your team or group to ensure you are able to apply the principles and practices to your actual leadership opportunities and aspirations.
