Why It’s Called a Game Changer
Upon becoming CEO of Achēv, I wanted to create a new collaborative and inclusive culture called OneAchēv. I created a committee of 5 senior staff to define and implement it, but despite their best efforts, the new initiative was stalled, until I had the committee members participate in The Illumify Game Changer.
I had no idea of the tremendous impact it would have, on both the OneAchēv initiative and those who participated. As they answered each question individually within the group, a new confidence emerged. Each stepped up and claimed their voice. Relationships and how we all work together changed, and the initiative was soon ready to launch and unify the organization. Playing The Illumify Game Changer together as a team was, hands down, a “win, win, win.”
